ELECTRONIC DELIVERY POLICY

Electronic Service Only

Local Security Expert provides professional document-review services and electronically delivered reports. No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

How Reports Are Delivered

Completed Security Proposal Review reports are delivered electronically to the email address associated with the customer’s order.

Delivery may be made through:

  • An email attachment
  • A secure file-download link
  • Another electronic delivery method communicated to the customer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, working email address and checking spam, junk, quarantine, and security-filter folders.

When the Review Period Begins

The review period begins after Local Security Expert receives:

  • Full payment
  • The complete proposal package
  • Any required supporting documents
  • Responses to necessary intake questions

An order confirmation does not mean that the review period has started if required documents or information have not yet been received.

Estimated Delivery Time

Any turnaround time stated on the product page, order confirmation, or customer communication is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be delayed by:

  • Missing or incomplete documents
  • Illegible or conflicting information
  • Unusually large or complex submissions
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Technical problems or third-party service interruptions
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We will contact the customer if additional information is required or a significant delay is expected.

Delivery Confirmation

A report is considered delivered when it is:

  • Sent to the email address associated with the order
  • Made available through a secure download link
  • Otherwise transmitted using the agreed electronic method

Customers should contact us promptly if they cannot access the delivered report.

No Physical Delivery

Local Security Expert does not currently:

  • Ship printed reports
  • Provide physical media
  • Offer local pickup
  • Charge postage or shipping fees

Printed copies or other physical deliverables are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
